Konrad Tomaszkiewicz was the game director of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt involved and has now left Polish studio CD Projekt RED due to bullying. However, it was not he who was the victim, but the one who was accused of bullying. Now the veteran of the CD Project has pulled the rip cord without further ado.

As Bloomberg writes in a recent report, Tomaszkiewicz contacted CD Projekt staff via email after being investigated for months into bullying allegations. In the letter, Tomaszkiewicz wrote that the responsible commission has now found him not guilty.
Nonetheless, the former director of the hit game “The Witcher 3” decided to step down and apologize for his misconduct with the staff:
“Even so, a lot of people feel anxious, stressed or uncomfortable when working with me. […] I will continue to work on myself. Behavior change is a long and arduous process, but I don’t give up and hope to change my behavior. ”

He takes his departure from CD Projekt as “Sad, a little disappointed and resigned” true, but in consultation with the board of directors of the company, has decided to leave.
