Beyoncé’s music video for ‘Formation’ has topped Rolling Stone magazine’s list of the best music videos of all time.

The video clip shot in 2016 and directed by Melina Matsoukas left behind some of the most legendary video clips such as Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean, Prince’s Kiss and Lady Gaga’s Bad Romance.

In the impressive video of Formation the visual effects were fascinating, while at some point the 39-year-old star sings on a patrol car that sinks in ruined New Orleans while the message “stop shooting us” is seen, passing an important message very relevant for American society still and today.
