Court documents show that a judge of the so-called Los Angeles County Court has made a decision in the divorce case of Kelly Clarkson and her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock. For example, a statement was made about the real estate that the former couple still owns together. In addition, their children and the singer’s monthly income were also discussed.
When we look at Kelly Clarkson’s payslip, we see that the singer is not doing badly at the moment. Clarkson earns about 1.3 million euros per month (!) A part of her income must now be paid by the judge to her ex. He is entitled to a sum of 170,000 euros per month. In addition, the singer also has to deposit an extra 38,000 euros to Brandon so that he can support their two children River Rose (7) and Remington (5).
The American website The Blast, which could view the court documents, also indicated that it is a temporary arrangement. When the former couple has worked out all the details related to their divorce, the judge can adjust the agreed amounts. The documents also show that Brandon is putting an end to his career as a manager. From now on he will go through life as a farmer.

The fact that Kelly Clarkson now has to pay her former husband 208,000 euros a month is already a bitter pill to swallow for the singer. But Clarkson is even more unlucky when it comes to her divorce from Brandon. She wanted to sell their farm in Montana, but that too was beyond the Los Angeles courts. The judge ruled that the property may not be sold. Brandon will now have to pay his share of the costs. This includes their monthly loan, taxes and insurance. The total cost picture? 68,000 euros per month. Last but not least , Kelly also has to pay Brandon’s legal costs related to their divorce. Good for just over 1 million euros.
Kelly Clarkson officially filed for divorce in 2020 after seven years of marriage. The two met in 2012 after Brandon’s father, who is also the singer’s manager, introduced them to each other. After a 10-month relationship, Clarkson announced that they were engaged. In 2013, the two finally gave each other their yes, but unfortunately their marriage did not last.
