Italian brand Liu Jo is suing Kendall Jenner for breach of $ 1.5 million contract. Instead of holding a second photo shoot for the label, the star posed for Versace.

According to a contract signed in 2019, the model was supposed to take part in two photo shoots. Of the $ 1.5 million, the brand has already paid Kendall $ 1.35 for the first session. The second was planned to be held in Italy in March 2020, but due to the pandemic it was postponed to the fall.

Liu Jo states that “by the end of September 2020, it became clear that Jenner was not going to fulfill her obligations and participate in the second photo shoot in October 2020.”

Jenner’s representatives claim that the girl could not leave for Italy because of “health problems associated with the coronavirus pandemic.”

However, a month earlier, Kendall Jenner had come to the country to shoot for Versace and made several trips abroad to party with friends.

As a result, Liu Jo is seeking damages in the amount of $ 1.8 million. Jenner has yet to comment on the situation.
