At San Diego ComicCon, the BBC confirmed that the 13th season of Doctor Who, starring Jodie Whittaker, will be a cohesive story, not a bunch of scattered episodes like it used to be.
“This year we are going to combine the season into one narrative, so each episode will be a separate chapter in a big story,” writer Chris Chibnell told fans of the series.
The new part of the British show will receive eight episodes.
Also, the BBC published the first trailer for the upcoming season, in which it presented the new character of Winder. He was played by Jacob Anderson, who previously starred as the Gray Worm in Game of Thrones.
The premiere of the next season of the fantastic saga “Doctor Who” is scheduled for near the end of 2021.
