The Lord of the Rings series, which has spent hundreds of millions of dollars, continues to amaze with its scale.
According to Variety , more than 20 different studios from around the world were involved in the work on the show “The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power”. About 1,500 visual effects artists worked on the project.
During the reconstruction on the screen of the world of Middle-earth, about nine and a half thousand frames were processed, where computer graphics are used.
Show producer Ron Ames believes that the series can be safely shown in the IMAX cinema and it will look no worse than modern blockbusters there.
The first episodes of the long-awaited project were released on September 2 on Amazon Prime.
